Monday June 1, 2020, Lakeside Animal Hospital will begin phase 1 of allowing clients into our hospital again. However, we will still be limiting the number of people in our building to one person per appointment. When you arrive for your pet’s appointment, please call us when you get here and wait in your car. When the exam room is ready for you, we will call you and have you come in directly to the exam room. Upon entering the building, visitors must war masks covering their nose and mouth during the entire visit. Metro Health Department is distributing free masks if you do not have one. If you do not have a mask, we ask that you please remain in your car during the appointment. If you are having any COVID symptoms such as fever, coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath, we ask that you do not enter the building, and we continue your appointment curbside.
Thank you again for your understanding during this time. We will continue to make every effort to give your pet the best care.
